1. Purpose
These T&Cs govern access to and use of the GUIDSSY website/app (the "Platform"), which facilitates connections between creators ("Creators") who publish and sell digital guides (notably PDFs) and buyers ("Buyers").
The Platform offers features for browsing, cart, purchasing, downloading/online reading, reviews, and an affiliate program.
2. Definitions
- User: any person accessing the Platform (Buyer, Creator, visitor).
- Account: personal space created by the User to access services.
- Guide: digital content (mainly PDF, and where applicable video/text) published by a Creator.
- Affiliate: User participating in the affiliate program.
- GTCS: General Terms and Conditions of Sale governing the purchase of Guides (separate document).
3. Acceptance of T&Cs
Access to and use of the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs. If you refuse, you must cease all use. We may modify the T&Cs at any time; the applicable version is the one online at the time of access.
4. Account Creation
- Age: The User declares to be at least 18 years old.
- Data Accuracy: The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to update it.
- Security: Personal and non-transferable identifiers. The User must immediately notify any unauthorized use.
- Multi-role: A User can be both a Buyer and a Creator.
5. Access to the Service
The Platform is accessible 24/7 except for maintenance or force majeure. We may limit or suspend access for technical reasons, security, or in case of breach of T&Cs.
6. Role of the Platform
The Platform is an intermediary for hosting and matchmaking: Creators are responsible for the Guides they publish (content, legality, quality).
We do not exercise prior editorial control but may remove/suspend any content reported as illegal or non-compliant (see art. 11).
7. Creator Space
- Creator Profile: displayed name, bio, avatar, links (e.g. website, Instagram, YouTube).
- Publication: Guides must comply with the law, third-party rights, and content rules (see art. 12).
- Pricing & Taxes: The Creator sets a price including/excluding tax according to the applicable tax framework and provides required legal information.
- Payments & Reversals: managed via Stripe Connect; the Creator must complete onboarding and provide compliance information (KYC).
- Withdrawals/Reversals: according to thresholds, delays, and payment statuses displayed in the dashboard.
- Responsibilities: The Creator guarantees the originality of the Guides and the obtaining of all necessary authorizations/licenses.
8. Purchase of Guides (refer to GTCS)
The terms of purchase, invoicing, digital delivery (download/online reading), invoices, withdrawal (see art. 9), refunds, and after-sales service are described in the GTCS accessible here: GTCS.
9. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
In accordance with art. L221-28 of the Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal for digital content not provided on physical media after:
- (i) your express prior agreement for execution, and
- (ii) your waiver of the right of withdrawal.
The Platform implements the necessary checkboxes/acceptance notices during purchase.
10. Affiliate Program
- Registration: reserved for registered and accepted Users.
- Tracking: 30 days).
- Commission: percentage and terms specified in the Affiliate Policy (scale, payment thresholds, cancellations, fraud).
- Prohibitions: spamming, bidding on the brand, misleading/illegal content.
- Payment: via Stripe Connect according to validated performances.
11. Reporting & Content Removal (LCEN/DSA)
Reporting: any User can report illegal/suspicious content to alexandre.firecal@gmail.com specifying: URL, reason, description, notifier's identity, evidence.
Processing: we analyze and, if necessary, promptly remove/suspend the content or account concerned.
Notification to parties: we may notify the Creator and/or transmit to competent authorities.
12. Content Rules (Creators & Users)
Prohibited: infringing, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, violent, pornographic/NSFW, misleading, dangerous, or contrary to applicable laws; malicious links; illegal data collection; identity theft; misleading advertising.
We may moderate (warn, hide, remove, suspend, terminate an account).
13. Intellectual Property
Creators: you retain your rights to your Guides. You grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, technically reproduce, and display your content solely for the operation of the Platform.
Buyers: purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right of use for private use. Any reproduction, making available, resale, public sharing is prohibited without authorization.
Platform Elements: trademarks, logos, code, design, databases belong to Alexandre QUENTIN or his partners.
14. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews must be honest and based on a real experience. We may refuse/delete reviews that are off-topic, insulting, defamatory, or manifestly false.

16. Security
We implement reasonable measures (TLS encryption, access control). The User remains responsible for their devices, the confidentiality of their identifiers, and the use of their Account.
17. Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the absence of errors or continuous availability.
We are not responsible for: (i) Creator content; (ii) indirect losses; (iii) damages resulting from non-compliant use.
To the extent permitted by law, our overall liability is capped at the total amount paid by the User in the last 12 months.
18. Suspension – Termination
We may suspend or terminate an Account in case of breach of T&Cs/laws/authority request.
The User may close their Account at any time from their space or via alexandre.firecal@gmail.com.
19. External Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. We exercise no control and disclaim all responsibility for their content/policies.
20. Evidence – Archiving
Logs, emails, payment confirmations, and digital archives kept by the Platform constitute admissible means of proof.
21. Applicable Law – Disputes – Mediation
Applicable Law: French law (or specify).
